Stress Is Not "Normal"

Is the lifestyle perpetuated by society through social media, TV and the internet causing us to consider an abnormal and unhealthy level of stress as “normal”?

In this episode, I explore my thoughts around this and why it is essential that we address it if we want to cultivate more tranquility, trust, and joy in our lives.

I believe that we are not supposed to feel stressed most of the time. It was useful when we were fighting for our life in the wild, but today, where most of us have our basic needs (and even more) covered, it’s okay to relax.

We’re allowed to go slow and enjoy.
